Job Title: Guest Experience Officer Vic Mill Park Leisure Centre
">Role Overview:
">As a Guest Experience Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our members and guests. You will be the first point of contact for many visitors, and your role is to ensure they have a positive impression of our facility.
">Key Responsibilities:
"> Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
Process memberships and data entry in line with company processes and policy
Provide relevant and accurate information to prospective members by handling enquiries in line with company processes and systems
Conduct tours of the centre/facility with the outcome to turn a prospective member to an ongoing subscription
Maintain a current and informed knowledge of all centre services and activities
Replenish condiments as needed
Follow health and safety guidelines
Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
Promote centres services and programs to patrons
Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
