We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills, with experience in customer service and relationship building.
This role is responsible for facilitating various tasks to run efficiently, maintaining positive relationships, and driving daily administration activities.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Coordinating service implementation and coordination of activities relating to vulnerability management.
- Aiding the Service Delivery team with documentation and internal administration duties.
- Assisting with maintenance and access of external customer storage repositories, such as SharePoint.
- Coordinating and assisting the team with scheduled service review meetings where applicable.
