Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist Trainee. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our business.

Job Description:

The Customer Experience Specialist Trainee will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, learning and developing product knowledge, and assisting with sales contracts and trade-ins. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers receive a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey.

  • Learn and develop product knowledge to deliver comprehensive and informative demonstrations to customers.
  • Provide high standards of customer service for in-store queries, supporting the team in addressing questions about vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.
  • Learn and develop the ability to clearly explain product benefits and features to build strong customer relationships, using interpersonal skills, asking clarifying questions, and anticipating customer needs.
  • Help prepare and process sales contracts as needed.
  • Assist with customer trade-ins and document processing on delivery day.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong interest or experience in sales, retail, and/or automotive industry.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms.
  • Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).
