About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a top-performing Real Estate Agent and their team in a rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Agent and team, including diary management, appointment organization, and database entry.
  • Attend meetings with photographers, stylists, and buyers, and liaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors.
  • Manage listings, open homes, and property appraisals, and maintain seller communication and relationships.
  • Assist with contract management, form preparation, and vendor reporting.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including mailouts, marketing collateral, and calendar management.
Requirements
  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
  • Direct experience in a PA/EA role supporting a high-profile Sales Agent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Immaculately presented and able to work proactively and independently.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license.
