Job OverviewThe Operations Coordinator position is ideal for an organised and administrative professional who excels at creating seamless workplace experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and managing the office environment to ensure it remains functional, visually appealing, and engaging for all team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Reception: Welcoming visitors and ensuring a smooth visitor experience;
- Office Organisation: Maintaining supplies, equipment, and the overall appearance of the office;
- Employee Onboarding & Support: Assisting with onboarding new hires and offboarding processes;
- Office Systems & Digital Signage: Overseeing the meeting room booking system, seating arrangements, and digital signage;
- Event & Social Coordination: Leading the Social Committee and planning memorable team events within budget, as well as coordinating office catering;
- Travel & Vendor Management: Arranging travel for employees and managing relationships with external providers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience with implementing effective business systems and processes;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels;
- Strong organisational, time management, and intermediate MS Office skills;
- The ability to engage and inspire team members, creating a connected and welcoming office atmosphere.
