Position Overview
As a senior case manager, you will be responsible for managing an end-to-end portfolio of workers' compensation claims. This includes overseeing the entire claims process from initial liability assessment to return to work.
- Manage an end-to-end portfolio of workers' compensation claims.
- Oversee the entire claims process, from initial liability assessment through to return to work.
- Work closely with internal leaders to share insights and contribute to team strategy.
- Provide genuine support to injured workers while driving positive return-to-work outcomes.
Requirements
- Solid background in workers' compensation or personal injury claims management, either front-end or end-to-end.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across stakeholders.
- Passion to help clients during challenging times and support their recovery.
