Claims Specialist

The Personal Injury team at our firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to assist with the management of personal injury claims. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in paralegal work, preferably in personal injury or litigation.
- Support solicitors with file management across various personal injury claims
- Draft legal correspondence, forms, and court documents
- Liaise with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and third parties
- Manage appointments, follow-ups, and key deadlines
- Assist with discovery, briefs to counsel, and settlement documentation
- Provide administrative support to the team
Key skills required include strong written and verbal communication skills, confidence working autonomously under supervision, high organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management, and experience with LEAP, FilePro, or similar practice management systems.

Requirements:
