About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Franchise Operations Consultant to join our team at The Coca-Cola Company. As a key member of our Franchise Operations team, you will play a critical role in managing the relationship and aligning strategy and execution with our bottling partner, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on a broad range of projects across market leading brands to hone your strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Support in the strategic development and execution of key national and regional marketing programs.
  • Lead regular performance and execution reviews based on ex-factory, customer scan, and other data sources.
  • Support the team to integrate materials for presentations as part of key business routines and stakeholder meetings.
  • Plan and execute key stakeholder engagement events, including hosting international visitors.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified with at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a National Account Executive or Category Management role.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and exposure to tools like IRI Scan.
  • Self-starter with a good understanding of the strengths you can bring to the team.
  • Positivity, and a can-do attitude.
  • Proactivity and hunger for learning.
  • High adaptability and resilience.
  • Evidence of analytical acumen and strategic thinking/problem solving.
