Results-Oriented Performance Strategist

As a performance strategist, you will drive traffic, sales, and customer acquisition through cutting-edge performance tactics. You will collaborate closely with clients to develop, execute, and optimise paid search and social campaigns.

This role entails planning and implementing campaigns, generating insightful data to inform campaign objectives, forecasting budgets, and mentoring team members.

  • Campaign planning & implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies across multiple channels, including SEM and paid social.
  • Performance insights: Provide actionable insights that inform campaign objectives and client business goals.
  • Budget management: Oversee the full performance budget, ensuring smooth and efficient campaign execution.
  • Team development: Mentor and train direct reports to enhance their professional capabilities.

You will possess a strong grasp of performance marketing principles and have experience gaining client trust with precision, agility, and analytical prowess.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a digital or performance role within a media agency or consultant environment.
  • Relevant professional performance experience across paid search and/or paid social, and/or programmatic trading and implementation.
  • Strong technical proficiency across Microsoft Office, Google Ads (Google Ads editor), Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, SA360, and CM360.
  • Excellent ability to analyse media performance data and think strategically.
  • Solid written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
