Digital Performance Marketing Expert

We are seeking a skilled Digital Performance Marketing Expert to lead our paid digital marketing efforts across key channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue through full-funnel campaign strategies.

This is a performance-focused role that requires someone who thrives on data, testing, and continuous optimisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business priorities and customer goals.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other key platforms
  • Managing budgets and bidding strategies to maximise profitability and efficiency
  • Building audience segments and using precision targeting and remarketing techniques
  • Partnering with brand and ecommerce teams to align campaign execution with trade calendars and customer journey improvements
  • Delivering actionable reporting and insights via analytics dashboards
