Senior User Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our team.

This is a key leadership role, where you will work closely with our core team to scale user acquisition campaigns and drive measurable growth.

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across key platforms, focusing on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and manage user acquisition (UA) campaigns across performance-focused advertising channels
  • Optimize audience targeting and bidding strategies to maximize return on investment
  • Collaborate with the core team to improve user experience, enhance conversion rates, and align on features that complement marketing efforts
  • Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives to boost app visibility and increase downloads
  • Innovate with event structures and advanced bidding techniques to enhance the efficiency of CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) campaigns
  • Work closely with the core team to analyze data and evaluate campaign performance, refining strategies for ongoing improvement
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, adjusting acquisition strategies to maintain a competitive advantage

Requirements:

  • Over 4/5 years of experience in mobile advertising, with a strong focus on user acquisition
  • Demonstrated success managing paid mobile marketing campaigns across platforms, including networks like IronSource
  • Hands-on expertise in working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer or Adjust
  • Proven skills in App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve discoverability and download rates
  • A data-driven approach, with experience analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights through clear reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile attribution and performance tracking methods
  • A proven history of managing large-scale, high-budget campaigns across diverse advertising networks
  • A passion for mobile apps, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the app ecosystem
