Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving qualified institutional leads, improving acquisition efficiency, and enabling revenue growth through digital performance channels.
Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid channels (SEM, social media ads, display, retargeting)Manage campaign budgets and optimise for maximum ROI across all acquisition channels Build tracking frameworks that capture every meaningful user interaction Execute rigorous A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve conversion rates Analyse user acquisition funnels and identify optimisation opportunities Analytics & Reporting Transform complex metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) into actionable strategies and create reporting dashboards that tell stories.
