About the Role:

The Technical Solutions Strategist will play a pivotal role in providing technical leadership and advisory, developing and implementing solutions that align with our enterprise blueprints and roadmaps to deliver cost-effective business outcomes.

  • Coordinate and orchestrate application & information solution architecture activities and deliverables to meet the demands and expectations of the Customer Business Unit.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned to enterprise-wide blueprints and roadmaps/future states.
  • Manage the architectural impacts of business change.
  • Recommend solutions that improve cost-effectiveness and flexibility of the portfolio.
  • Provide thought leadership on solution architecture, specifically within the application & information domain, and foster an environment of continuous improvement within IT & Customer Business Unit.
  • Review, provide analysis, position, and response to technical papers as requested by the Chief Architect or Enterprise Architects.

What We're Looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience in setting collaboration frameworks, creating solution prototypes, solution development control, and leading and influencing technical teams. Additionally, you will have some of the following:

  • Tertiary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent years of experience in the field.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering successful solution architectures in large-scale environments/enterprises.
  • Experience with modern cloud architecture & data platforms (AWS, Databricks, etc.).
  • Architecture experience in financial and/or energy markets.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving ability.
  • Solid presentation development and delivery skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of technical & non-technical stakeholders.
  • The ability to translate technical information into an easily digestible form.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on location and experience.
