We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to lead our sales team in driving business expansion through effective solution selling and partnership development.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in services or SaaS environments. They should be able to manage high-volume inbound leads, close deals with consistency, and possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle – from discovery to proposal and close
  • Handle inbound leads across multiple services, especially R&D grants
  • Convert one-off clients into multi-service accounts through effective solution selling
  • Follow up consistently – track every deal, chase every lead, and close every time
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage pipeline, forecasts, and activities
  • Collaborate with accountants and delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience – ideally in services, SaaS, or agency-style environments
  • Strong follow-up habits – someone who chases, not waits
  • Ability to manage high-volume inbound leads and close with consistency
  • Excellent communication – verbal and written – and strong commercial acumen
  • Comfort using CRMs like HubSpot and selling to small-to-mid-sized businesses
