About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to drive business growth and expansion through proactive prospect identification, engagement, and relationship nurturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and development, with a proven track record of delivering sales targets and achieving KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients to secure new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio.
  • Understanding the needs and presenting our solution to prospects, showcasing the benefits of our offering and how it can streamline their travel programs, save time, reduce costs, and support their business growth.
  • Supporting new clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into our system and providing direct access to support and expert advice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience working in a Business Development Manager role, heavily focused on B2B Sales/Development or experience working in a Sales role within the Travel & Tourism sector.
  • An individual who thrives in a sales environment, is self-motivated, driven, and has a passion for delivering sales targets and achieving KPIs.
  • Experience in selling a solution across various role types and a demonstrated ability to close opportunities.
  • The ability to manage external and internal stakeholders through strong communication and delivery of outcomes.
  • Extra points if you're a master of networking, lead generation, and have impressive communication and presentation skills.
