The role of a Spare Parts Interpreter is to provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the interpretation and provision of spare parts.

Key responsibilities include developing strong customer relationships, providing parts advice and support, investigating and resolving customer issues, and liaising with service, sales, and workshop staff for proactive parts provision.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing parts inventory, including monitoring supply risks, performing warehouse duties such as picking, packing, despatching, and receiving parts, responding to and processing incoming inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face, and maintaining accuracy in parts interpretation and processing orders.

Furthermore, the role involves ensuring orders are processed and dispatched to clients in a timely manner and accurately performing parts stocktakes.
