Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist

The key responsibility of this role is to lead a dispersed team across stores and purchasing, overseeing inventory control and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.
  • Support engineering and maintenance teams with parts forecasting and logistics.

This position requires 3+ years' experience in stores, inventory, or procurement management (aviation highly regarded). The ideal candidate should have knowledge of CASA regulations, aviation parts traceability, and procurement standards. Additionally, they should possess strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to obtain/hold an ASIC and Dangerous Goods Awareness certification.
