Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to champion workplace safety within our team. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and implementation of safety management systems, enhance incident response protocols, proactively mitigate risks, facilitate return-to-work programs, and collaborate with stakeholders to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective safety management systems to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Lead the development of incident response protocols to minimise risks and maximise employee well-being.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Facilitate return-to-work programs to support employee recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in workplace health and safety or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in workplace health and safety, with a strong emphasis on compliance and operational responsiveness.
- Sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety and Workers' Compensation legislation, regulations, and Australian Standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
- A results-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- A competitive salary package, estimated to be around AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
