Job Description

As a Referrer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our referring partners by providing fast and accurate support. You will represent the organization professionally and empathetically at every touchpoint.

Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting issues and navigating internal systems to find resolutions quickly, escalating where necessary to ensure timely outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.

In addition, you will maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure all communications comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Build trusted relationships with referring partners by understanding their needs and proactively assisting with their enquiries.
