Job Title: Client Services Liaison
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Services Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting our veterinary hospital, including reception and general administration responsibilities.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-level customer engagement and support, including phone and email communication, appointment scheduling, and managing multiple phone lines.
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharges, liaising with referral practices, and assist veterinary staff with emergency triage and patient handling.
- Maintain accurate records using veterinary software, process financial transactions and insurance claims, and ensure a clean, safe, and professional reception environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, billing, and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
