Job Title: Distinguished Community Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Distinguished Community Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to improve awareness and leverage partnerships in South Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of South Australians by facilitating and providing support to community, government, and non-government service providers, including referral and intervention services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in community engagement and partnership development, with the ability to provide high-level advice at departmental, portfolio, whole of government, and intergovernmental levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to improve awareness and leverage partnerships in South Australia.
  • Facilitate and provide support to community, government, and non-government service providers.
  • Provide high-level advice at departmental, portfolio, whole of government, and intergovernmental levels.
  • Maintain high-level productive working relationships with community stakeholders, clients, and their families.
Requirements:
  • National Police Check required.
  • Employment-related Screening Check required.
  • Some out of hours work may be required.
  • Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required.
  • A current Australian issued driver's licence (equivalent to minimum class C) is necessary.
