This key role demands a seasoned leader with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expertise to spearhead intricate, organisation-wide initiatives that drive measurable gains in efficiency, cost reduction, and customer experience enhancement.

You will be responsible for designing and re-engineering end-to-end processes, driving performance improvements, and championing a culture of continuous improvement. This includes leveraging advanced analytics and AI solutions to optimise processes and inform data-driven decision-making.

  • Drive the design and implementation of complex process improvements across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to influence strategy and report on progress.
  • Develop and implement process metrics and KPIs to measure success.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process improvement and share knowledge with the team.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
