About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Royal North Shore Hospital as a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient care outcomes.
  • Provide person-centered care to patients and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and families, promoting open communication and respect.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and extensive clinical experience of NICU/special care.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
