This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Royal North Shore Hospital.
The NICU is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the greater healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the greater healthcare team.
- Have demonstrated knowledge and extensive clinical experience of NICU/special care.
- Have effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Have current clinical knowledge and clinical problem-solving ability.
- Be able to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Hold a current Registration as a Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Have demonstrated knowledge and extensive clinical experience of NICU/special care.
- Have demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Have current clinical knowledge and clinical problem-solving ability.
- Be able to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
