Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Night Guest Service Agent. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for greeting guests in a friendly manner, checking them in and out of the property accurately and in a timely manner, and assisting with enquiries and complaints. You will also be required to possess a positive, friendly, and can-do attitude, previous experience working with OPERA cloud or other PMS systems, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work a rotating roster with flexible availability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests in the overnight shift, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Assist guests with enquiries and complaints, providing accurate information about property facilities and features, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Check guests in and out of the property accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner, using their name at all times, and make them feel welcome and valued.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Possess a positive, friendly, and can-do attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience working with OPERA cloud or other PMS systems, with a good understanding of the software and its applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster with flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
