We are seeking an experienced Night Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks Sydney North Ryde Suites on a full-time basis.

Job Description

As a Night Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for conducting guest arrivals and departures ensuring a seamless experience.

You will provide personalized, proactive guest service to ensure outstanding experiences.

Maintain professional, open and honest communication to assist guests and make accurate bookings.

Ensure that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate guest accounts, adhering to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.

Evaluate and address guest queries and complaints efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Previous front office/reception experience in a hotel environment.

- Commitment and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Strong computer skills/knowledge, training will be provided for reservations system.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- High standard of personal presentation.

- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.

- Availability to work night shifts including weekends and public holidays.
