Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Night Porter to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel during night shifts.

L ocated near the city, our hotel caters to business and leisure travelers. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional guest service and maintain high cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist late-arriving guests with check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and maintain hotel security throughout the night.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in public areas as required.
- Prepare areas for breakfast or early morning operations.
- Conduct end-of-day administrative tasks, including report preparation.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision.
- A friendly demeanor with a problem-solving attitude.
- Basic IT skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to handle light manual tasks (e.g., moving luggage).
