- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $123,702 - $136,900 (plus 15.4% superannuation).
