Job Description

Aon, a global professional services firm, seeks a driven and experienced Director of Growth to lead the growth agenda across our Financial Services Group (FSG). This role will drive new business growth, execute on opportunities, and ensure sales discipline.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement FSG's new business strategy in collaboration with the FSG sales director and wider team.
  • Lead the growth agenda, including strategy development, new business, new products/solutions, and growth/retention across existing clients.
  • Act as Strategic Account Manager on a portfolio of significant FSG accounts.
  • Collaborate with Aon's FI Practice Group Leader to develop and execute growth and retention strategies across the portfolio.

About You

  • You are an experienced professional with extensive experience within Financial Lines Insurance, possessing a strong technical understanding of a broad range of Financial Lines Insurance products and risk solutions.
  • You have strong client engagement and consultation skills and experience.
  • You have developed sales strategies and executed them successfully.
  • You have experience developing new products and solutions.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and have worked extensively with internal stakeholders and senior clients.
  • You have excellent cross-selling abilities.
  • You hold qualifications in accordance with the Financial Services Reform Act (minimum Tier 1 Broking Compliance).
