Case Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Case Officer in the Court Practice stream. As a Case Officer, you will play a critical role in contributing to community safety by applying practices that reduce reoffending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer court orders for individuals assessed as being at low risk of reoffending
- Manage individuals on reparation orders and direct and monitor compliance in line with court order obligations
- Implement appropriate responses to non-compliance and escalate matters as required to senior staff in a timely manner
- Produce case notes, reports, and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, contribute to team planning, work process improvements, and day-to-day administration of local work area
About You:
- Demonstrated experience or an awareness of key case management components: assessment, planning, service coordination, and brokerage, and interventions
- Gives frank and honest feedback/advice. Listens when ideas are challenged, seeks to understand the nature of criticism, and responds constructively
- Pays attention to words, expression, and body language; recognizes behaviors that promote a culture of inclusion
- Takes action through self, or in consultation with others, to resolve problems
