Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Case Officer to join our Medical Information Exchange team at MedHealth Group. As a Case Officer, you will play a critical role in facilitating the exchange of health and medical information between our customers and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely actioning of cases within specified service level agreements.
  • Medical Record Liaison: Liaise with specialists and medical clinics to obtain medical records on behalf of clients.
  • Case Note Management: Write accurate case notes in our medEbridge platform.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships between clients and MedHealth Group.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including data entry and other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Ability to negotiate, influence, and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Time Management and Organisation: Demonstrate exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Technology Literacy: Be technology savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge or understanding of how health practitioners and medical clinics operate, or experience in injury rehabilitation, legal, or insurance practices is an advantage.
