Guest Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Assistant to join our Global Operations Team at White & Case LLP. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.
Key Responsibilities- Meeting Room Management: Set up and prepare meeting rooms and function spaces for events and meetings, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-equipped.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including taking tea and coffee orders, preparing, and delivering to rooms.
- Administrative Support: Assist with the coordination of video conferences and conference calls, maintain office supplies, and perform general administrative tasks as required.
- Reception Coverage: Cover reception duties when the Receptionist is absent, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and colleagues.
- Facilities Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of front-of-office and back-of-office kitchens and staff break-out areas.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven working experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Education: Relevant education or training in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
