Job Role Overview:

This role encompasses a diverse range of activities associated with the management and upkeep of gas distribution networks.

Key responsibilities include undertaking maintenance and construction tasks, operating machinery and equipment in accordance with established policies and procedures, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to facilitate effective cost allocation.

Additionally, this position involves conducting inspections of gas distribution assets, identifying and reporting any integrity, performance, or functionality issues in line with company guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Undertake routine maintenance and construction activities related to the gas distribution network.
  • Operate machinery, tools, and equipment as per relevant policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and associated assets to ensure proper cost centre allocation.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of gas distribution assets and report any identified issues in accordance with established protocols.
