Regional Faults Response and Maintenance Technician

This is a dynamic and fulfilling role that involves undertaking a range of activities associated with the gas distribution network.

As a Regional Faults Response and Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supporting faults and emergency response activities, including residential and commercial meter changes, inspections, leak surveys, and maintenance and construction associated with the gas distribution network.

Additionally, you will maintain the Albany LPG storage facility by conducting routine checks and liaising with third-party contractors to ensure optimum LPG storage levels are maintained.

You will also undertake maintenance and construction activities associated with the gas distribution network in line with our Asset Management Plan and relevant policies and procedures.

As part of your responsibilities, you will operate independently or as part of a small team, liaise with customers and other stakeholders to ensure that any disruption to supply or any work that impacts customers are fully communicated and, where possible, minimised.
