Human Resources Information System Specialist Job Description

To succeed in this challenging role, you will be responsible for managing the HRIS system, configuring settings, and ensuring data accuracy. As an internal subject matter expert, you will lead user training, collaborate with payroll and benefits administration teams, and contribute to new module implementations.

  • Proven experience as an HRIS specialist or business analyst professional with exposure to complex systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential - you know how to clean data and prevent downstream issues.
  • A business analyst mindset is required - you understand processes, identify gaps, and turn data into actionable insights.
