**Your role**
The HRIS and HR Reporting Manager is a dedicated specialist who oversees the daily operations of HRIS, spearheads system enhancement projects, and administers annual performance and reward cycles for the IXOM Group from a systems standpoint. This role extends to managing people analytics and insights, tracking people cost data, and generating reports to bolster both enterprise growth and employee performance. Additionally, they serve as the principal contact point for an external HRIS support partner.
**Your responsibilities**
- Leverage your comprehensive knowledge of SuccessFactors to maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the HRIS system.
- Collaborate with the external support partner, IT, and HR teams to tailor the system to business requirements, staying updated with the latest features, functions and systems upgrades to ensure optimal system requirements.
- Manage both standard and custom interfaces between HRIS and other third-party solutions.
- Evaluate HRIS issues and oversee change and resolution.
- Engaging with IXOM's external HRIS partner when necessary.
- Engage closely with HR business partners, managers, and employees to understand their needs and convert them into system requirements.
- Provide training and continuous support to end-users, ensuring they fully utilize the system's capabilities.
- Facilitate change management efforts related to system updates and process changes.
- Oversee relationships with key stakeholders such as SAP and the external HRIS support partner.
- Monitoring vendor performance and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Continually identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.
- Administer access security and implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive HR data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations within the HR systems for each country or region.
- Take responsibility for global people reporting and insights, providing regular and ad-hoc reporting of all people-related data to various stakeholders.
**Your skills and experience**
- A Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
- Ideally a minimum of approx. 5 years in a similar, HRIS / HR systems focused role
- Familiarity with HR software stacks, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of database management and data integrity principles.
- Very strong proficiency in SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
- Participation in multiple HRIS implementations is desirable.
- Posses a inquisitive nature to be constantly seeking opportunities for enhancement, improvement and innovation, then managing that change.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and changing business needs.
- Proven success in working with senior stakeholders, able to advise and recommend at this level.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels and technical capabilities.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
- Effective vendor management and negotiation skills.
