Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to design, develop, deliver, and manage impactful team member learning programs across our organization.
About the Role:- Designing, developing, delivering, and managing team member learning programs
- Contributing to initiatives such as onboarding, recognition, and customer service programs
- Demonstrated experience in learning design and delivery, along with large group facilitation
- Proficiency in eLearn authoring tools
- Effective project management, program design, and delivery skills
- Proven track record in learning design and delivery, across an audience of minimum 5,000 individuals
- Proven influencing, interpersonal, communication skills along with stakeholder management skills
- Research and analytical skills
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Education, Organisational Development or related discipline preferred
