We're looking for a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The role involves supporting the development and implementation of learning programs across multiple brands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining induction, onboarding, and reporting processes for new team members, as well as working closely with the Capability Development Lead to ensure consistency in business processes and policies.
About the Role:- Maintain and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure all necessary training modules are up-to-date.
- Develop relevant content for store flyers/memos/emails that align to capability initiatives.
- Communicate learning initiatives, changes, and updates to Regional Managers via regular meetings and reports.
- Manage consumable artwork updates and register.
- Assist in moving communication onto Myer platforms/systems.
- Maintain all store 'How-To Guides', FAQs, 'How To Videos' and online learning content.
- Manage planning requirements and delivery of 'New Store Opening Packs' and related onboarding materials.
- Manage Induction/Onboarding packs.
- Develop any needed store 'How-To Guides', FAQs, 'How-To Videos' and online learning content.
- Manage and maintain scheduled reporting cadence for compliance module completion.
- Manage and maintain weekly onboarding reports.
- Manage and maintain weekly Training Plan reporting.
- You have 2–5 years' experience in a Learning and/or Capability role.
- You are proficient in LMS management and maintenance.
- You have strong organisational skills.
- You have experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
