  • Manage Induction/Onboarding packs.
  • Develop any needed store 'How-To Guides', FAQs, 'How-To Videos' and online learning content.
  • Manage and maintain scheduled reporting cadence for compliance module completion.
  • Manage and maintain weekly onboarding reports.
  • Manage and maintain weekly Training Plan reporting.
About You:
  • You have 2–5 years' experience in a Learning and/or Capability role.
  • You are proficient in LMS management and maintenance.
  • You have strong organisational skills.
  • You have experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
