Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

About the Role:
Ripponlea Primary School is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our school community, you will play a critical role in promoting high-quality teaching and learning practices that support student growth and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Expertise: Develop and implement high-impact strategies to enhance teacher practice and improve student outcomes.
  • Mentoring and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to teachers to enhance their skills and confidence in delivering effective instruction.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with school leaders and teachers to develop and implement whole-school improvement strategies.

Requirements:
  • Teaching Qualifications: Current Victorian Institute of Teaching registration or eligibility for registration.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in high-quality teaching and learning practices, including literacy and numeracy instruction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, students, and parents.
