Learning Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Development Specialist to drive comprehensive learning initiatives for our Technology Solution Workstream. In this pivotal role, you will design and develop targeted training materials, deliver effective synchronous and asynchronous training sessions, and provide ongoing support to users.
About the Role- Develop tailored learning resources and job aids to enhance user adoption of the technology solution.
- Differentiate between employees who require additional support through empathetic training approaches.
- Collaborate with our AML program team to ensure training materials remain up-to-date and aligned with evolving requirements.
- Create engaging learning modules using eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline.
- Design multimedia resources such as learning videos to enrich training delivery.
- Provide exceptional communication and presentation skills to facilitate effective training sessions.
- Promote strong collaboration with various stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Proven experience in designing and developing asynchronous learning programs.
- Proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline.
