AusHealth is a leading provider of workplace health and safety services, products, and training, used by high-profile organisations and industries across Australia.

We have opportunities available for a casual trainer in Melbourne, VIC and Adelaide, SA. In this role, you will support the delivery of education and training services through nationally accredited and non-accredited training courses in the Health & Health & Safety sector.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality training courses through varied methods of learning across industry sectors. This includes contributing to the development and review of current and new courses.

Key responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive knowledge of relevant training procedures, policies, and processes; ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; and participating in ongoing validation and review of nationally recognised training programs.

Educational qualifications required include TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. The ideal candidate should also possess experience in facilitating face-to-face and online learning to various sized cohorts.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing and supportive training team at AusHealth RTO. As a causal trainer, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers nationaaly endorsed training packages/accredited courses and/or customised industry courses for clients.
