Adelaide, South Australia Women's and Children's Health Network Full time

We are seeking an exceptional Transformational Team Lead to join our team at the Women's and Children's Health Network in Adelaide Metro Western. This is a part-time, term contract role that offers a competitive salary range of $104,180 to $111,746 per annum.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating training and professional development for health professionals to address Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) within a healthcare context. Your expertise will guide us in identifying strategic priorities and implementing a Service Plan to ensure SA Health and WCHN services meet current and future demands.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development of policies and procedures to improve safety for victims and survivors
  • Providing expert guidance on gendered violence, risk assessments, and DFV service responses to achieve Cedar Health Service and SA Health objectives
  • Supporting senior leadership with strategic planning and leading the development of policies and procedures to enhance service responsiveness

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification giving eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in relation to liaison, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to apply skills in analysing complex risk problems and formulate appropriate courses of action
  • Leadership skills, including providing clear direction and guidance to staff
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment and demonstrate personal initiative and judgement
