About the Role

We are seeking experienced and skilled mental health nurses to join our team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the delivery of our mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of patients and their families.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to manage risk and promote patient safety.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure they are well-informed and supported throughout their journey.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a full-time ongoing position, and the successful applicant will receive a salary ranging from $72,651 to $107,279 per annum, plus superannuation and salary sacrifice benefits.
