
Workplace Injury Management Specialist

We are seeking an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise in workplace rehabilitation and injury management services.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and proactive workplace environment through effective case coordination and risk assessment.
- Develop and manage health and wellbeing initiatives, including strategic planning and budget oversight.
- Provide expert advice on psychosocial hazard management and early intervention programs.
To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in occupational therapy, allied health, or a related discipline, along with current accreditation in rehabilitation and return to work practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with experience in high-level case coordination and managing health and wellbeing initiatives.
You will also need advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, as well as the ability to design forward-thinking health programs informed by legislative changes and injury trend analysis.
A trusted advisor, educator, and mentor, you will forge meaningful relationships with stakeholders through clear, empathetic dialogue and professional written correspondence.

- Providing workplace rehabilitation and injury management services to employees
- Coordinating cases across diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
- Developing and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives
- Providing expert advice on psychosocial hazard management and early intervention programs
