Workplace Rehabilitation and Injury Management Professional

This role is accountable for delivering workplace rehabilitation and injury management services. The position involves collaborating with employees, supervisors, medical professionals, and allied health experts to design a safe return-to-work program for staff members suffering from work-related or non-work-related injuries, illnesses, or conditions.
The key objectives of this position include:
- Designing and implementing effective health and wellbeing initiatives;
- Developing expertise in psychosocial hazard management and risk assessment;
- Coordinating high-level case management across diverse teams and facilitating early intervention programs;
Key Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy, Allied Health, Health and Safety, or a related field;
- Rehabilitation and Return to Work accreditation;
- Experience in developing and managing health and wellbeing initiatives;
- Proficiency in psychosocial hazard management and risk assessment;
- Advanced case coordination skills;
