Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

This role is responsible for workplace rehabilitation and injury management services to support employees who have suffered a work-related or non-work-related injury, illness, or condition.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct psychosocial risk assessments across the organisation.
- Develop and manage health and wellbeing initiatives, including procurement and budget oversight.
- Design forward-thinking health programs informed by legislative changes and injury trend analysis.
- Degree in occupational therapy, allied health, health & safety, or a related discipline.
- Current Rehabilitation and Return to Work accreditation.
- Proven track record in developing and managing health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Deep expertise in psychosocial hazard management and risk assessment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
