About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, their guests, and our internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front-desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information to residents and visitors.
  • Assist residents and their guests with various requests, such as providing directions, making arrangements, and resolving issues.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage parking and key systems, ensuring seamless access for residents and visitors.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support.
