About the Role
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and create strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of consulting services and provide regular updates to clients on project progress.
  • Negotiate contracts, extensions, and service agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to inform the development of new services and improve our overall offering.
What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in account management and business development within the IT services and consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, project lifecycles, and the value of staff augmentation services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly driven, proactive, and commercially savvy with a focus on long-term client success.
