- Negotiate contracts, extensions, and service agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to inform the development of new services and improve our overall offering.
- 5+ years of experience in account management and business development within the IT services and consulting industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, project lifecycles, and the value of staff augmentation services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly driven, proactive, and commercially savvy with a focus on long-term client success.
- This role is critical to driving business growth and improving client satisfaction through the development of strategic partnerships.
