Parts Coordinator

Job Description:
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Coordinator. This role involves receiving lists of parts needed, unpacking and checking parts arriving on site, delivering parts to vehicles being repaired, organising awaiting parts and credits, and maintaining computer systems up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing part orders in a timely manner
- Inspecting received parts for quality and accuracy
- Delivering parts to vehicle repair bays as required
- Organising awaiting parts and credits to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintaining accurate records of parts inventory and transactions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
