We are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and allocating parts, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
- Sourcing and allocation of parts from OEM networks and suppliers.
- Monitoring inventory levels, communicating parts availability, and providing updates to the service team and customers.
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing stock and special-order parts.
- Identifying parts issues, providing feedback, and contributing to future improvements.
- Transporting parts using company vehicles or forklifts, engaging third-party services when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Parts Coordinator, preferably in the marine, heavy vehicle, or automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish strong working relationships with internal teams and customers.
- A detail-oriented mindset, proactive work ethic, and high-quality standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with Microsoft Office experience.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitious duties, including regular lifting, packing, bending, and standing.
- Forklift license is an advantage.
